Industrial rubber hoses have a layered composite structure, with each layer having a clearly defined function to ensure performance:
Inner Rubber Layer: In direct contact with the transported medium (e.g., oil, water, acids, alkalis, slurry, etc.), it is the core layer of the hose for media resistance.

The material is customized according to the medium; for example, nitrile rubber is oil-resistant, fluororubber is resistant to strong corrosion, and food-grade rubber can contact drinking water/food ingredients.
Reinforcing Layer: The pressure-bearing skeleton layer of the hose, determining its pressure resistance. Common types include:
Fiber Braided Layer (Polyester, Nylon): Suitable for low- to medium-pressure applications, such as water and gas transportation;

Steel Wire Braided/Stretched Layer: Suitable for high-pressure applications, such as hydraulic systems and oilfield transportation;
Fabric Stretching Layer: Improves tensile and torsional resistance.
Outer Rubber Layer: The protective layer of the hose, resisting external wear, aging, corrosion, ultraviolet radiation, and mechanical impact. The material must be wear-resistant and weather-resistant to extend the hose's service life.
